Grinding Clutch
Hi,
I have recently replaced a clutch, clutch fork, throw out bearing, master and slave cylinders on my car and bled the system.
The clutch feels fine when the car is off and looking through the inspection panel seems to be working fine too. When the car is on though I am getting a grinding noise and feeling through the clutch pedal almost at the end of the pedal throw, also unable to select gears.
I'm not massively familiar with pull type clutches so I'm not sure if there is something obvious I am missing here. I have also tried adjusting the clutch pedal but this hasn't worked either.

Would that cause the grinding and not being able to select gears? I'm not sure what was grinding but the edge of the pressure plate looked like this afterward...

My guess is you installed the clutch disc backwards. I think that will push the pressure plate out some so it hits the bell housing.
