Clutch pedal vibration

Hey guys, I've been searching around but haven't really been able to find out my exact issue.

I've got the standard issue clutch depresses but can't go into gear. It's happened before and I replaced the slave cylinder and viola, it was the problem.

This time however, the clutch still has pressure, but when I depress it I can feel vibrating through the pedal.

I got down under the car and took off the inspection plate to try and look at the fork, the bottom of the fork was fine but couldn't see the top part.

I had someone depress the clutch when I was under it and I saw the middle of the clutch coming out rather uneven and sloppy and the clutch itself didn't move.

I don't know much about the whole tranny/clutch other than the hydraulics. Do you think it's the clutch fork? WHat do you guys think? Thanks for you time!!!

Have you adjusted the clutch from under the clutch pedal?

Sounds like a broken clutch fork. When one finger on the fork cracks or breaks the release bearing is pulled from one side only. At best it means the bearing doesn't slide smoothly, at worst it binds on the shaft. The vibration through the pedal goes along with a broken fork as well.
