trying to get my boost set right. it says to start by setting you set value (desired boost pressure) but it seems as though it varies depending on what gear im in. was doing 2nd gear pulls, got it settled on 10psi. then with the same settings shifted to 3rd and it jumped up to 12.6 psi. anyone have any tricks or tips to share????

is a manual boost controller more exact ???

what kind of exhaust mods have you done. . .sounds like your creeping.

 

full 3 inch turbo to muffler tip. no cats. not creep....it jumps to the higher psi but it holds it.

usually to test the boost patterns stock is in 3rd gear doing 35 miles per hour. How did you set up yours in 2nd gear pulls or 3rd?

 

i was just doing wot pulls in 2nd and 3rd

 

Stick to 3rd gear pulls it will be more accurate

 

k. only problem is that in 3rd your already breaking the speed limit. and there are not too many places to do it. too many cops. oh well. guess ill go to the highway
