Greddy profec problems PLEASE HELP!!!
my power mods right now are
apexi power fc (on base map)
dp, resonated mp, catback
intake
efini y pipe
blitz fmic
1300cc injectors
simplified vacuum lines (still sequential)
greddy profec spec S EBC
before the profec spec S i had a greddy profec b spec I i bought used off of ebay. well it didnt work. when i say that i mean whatever setting i had on it it would always run 8 psi and creep to 12 at redline (which is what i wanted it at (12)) so i figured it was broken. i know it was hooked up right. anyways i bought a new profec spec S and if i floor the gas at lets say 3k rpms i get 12psi and it holds there until about 6k rpm and would start creeping up to 14-15 psi. i turned the the profec all the way down, and even off and i would get 8 psi until 6k rpms then it would creep up to 14-15 again. i dont understand why with the profec spec I, i would see a max of 12 psi creep, and with the spec S i would see 14-15psi creep

There's likely nothing wrong with the Profec, you have a full open exhaust, sounds like classic boost creep to me. The only way to remedy it is to port the wastegate or put a hi-flow cat back on......
