greddy elbow

I recently installed the greddy elbow that comes with the greddy intercooler . It's a 99 spec sequential twin turbo. What does this port normally go to on the stock elbow? Should I just cap off the port on the other end now that I have a greddy elbow without this port? I know, I'm a newb. Any help appreciated, thanks.

It's for the AWS. Either just cap it off, or completely remove and use a block-off plate.

Do NOT cap it off completely, use an air breather for it. This is a commonly asked question. Just search greddy elbow in the 3rd gen section.

Care to clarify further? Running a search of "Greddy Elbow" is pretty ambiguous... I'm not saying you are incorrect (I don't know the answer), I'm just curious as to why that is?

Why would use use an air breather? The AWS system is something you definitely want to disable.
