selinoid resistance

Hi there I searched and coundnt figure out what size risistors i need to get for my unused selinoids; i am doing a seq simplified.

Selinoid = Does not compute.

Step one, spell correctly.
Step two, research with correct spelling.

Ps. It's SOLENOID
oh, and RESISTOR ... yikes

Oh yeah i have very bad spelling, and english in genneral good thing i am a welder ha. Yeah, got a lot more search results with the correct spelling wow..... ha oh well
