Yeah, I just used the "ultra-copper" permatex stuff for all my blockoff plates. The only one I am conerned about is the EGR plate, it is going to get VERY hot considering that my turbine housing is sitting roughly 1/2" away from it. I am trying to wedge as much heat protection between the turbo and LIM as possible.

Awesome guys, thanks for working on the "how to". It seems that noone that sells a block off kit includes "detailed instructions" on what each block off does and whats exactly needed with installation besides the obvious "take this off and block it off with this piece". It would be awesome if you could include in that how to what each block off plate does exactly and what the results will be. Once again Banzai is taking things a step further, they're a great company that goes that extra mile like they did when making a Power FC conversion for S4 and S5 FC's.

By deleting all of these things you will be VERY surprised at how much dead weight you are taking off the motor, i filled a box with like 30lbs of crap after installing a BOP kit and simplifying my vacuume system, it just makes the motor look SOO much cleaner too
