Angry Got it runing, but engine went kaboom.

Well my car still looks good though, I want to say thank you to all those who have helped me first off. I have a better picture of my car now, so take a look.

My engine was always bad to start with, even after getting bugs worked out, I did get to put exactly 1 mile on it though.

Yeh I have all the signs of kaboom motor, lots of oil burning more and more, really low vacuum, like 8 pounds at idle, and just too rough to be normal. But damn does it still sounds good.

Oh well, I look on the bright side, I have 10 fingers and 10 toes still even after doing all of putting car back together thing.

It appears to be the factory RSP (Royal Sapphire Pearl) Supra color, or similar in nature to it.

The car looks phenomenal, and I am sorry in regards to your motor troubles. Hopefully it will turn out for the better.

Hmm.... maybe a dumb comment but check that the vacuum line going to the MAP sensor is connected and that the check valve is pointing in the right direction.

Also make sure you leading coil is hooked up right and that its putting out pleanty of spark. They tend to feel VERY much like a blown engine when they go bad, they even make the vac real low

Thanks for ur replys guys, this forum has always been helpful with my car and the search system is great.

I would like 25,000 out of the car as is, but thats a joke, I know. So for now I'm saving money, I think a 3 rotor might be in the future. I would have to do more research though and thats if I still have the car too.

But thanks everyone.

One more thing, I've checked everything now, and even if the motor is not blown, there is still something wrong with it being it drinks oil; and no its not from my turbo.

thanx
