Alright I searched and probably passed right by it , however, have any of you been able to pass emissions with the non-sequential mod if using the stock cat and muffler? Maybe with a finely tuned map? I hate emissions laws...
Yes, I know it gets rid of the emissions crap, but I'm desperate here.

If you can change the fuel program then you can pass. Not to say whos car I refer to, it will pass with a down pipe mid pipe and old trust muffler, tuned with a Power FC .We do not have a visual inspection .
When you do the full non-seq conversion like me with the power fc, I'm thinking that It'll have to go something like this.
Wire the air pump to works all the time, and have the air pump dump the air straight into the cat. I'm hoping it'll work, as I'm in the same boat. CJ

OK--if you put your stock cat back on, and happens to be clogged, then please explain to me how it could possibly release as many emissions as the car would with a new cat or a HFC or MP. Hell--put a block off plate in there too, decreasing the flow even more. As long as you don't 'whomp' on the car, you shouldn't hurt it. If the cat is restricting flow, then it would read to the computer the same.
Install the base map, put the cat back on, put a block off plate in, and tune the fuel down a few %. Am I WAY off here?

I'll get my car to pass, just a matter of tweaking it.
