63k miles, does it have all records? How many owners? It could very well last another 30k, but in all actuality you're looking at 10-15k if you touch a track(and thats being VERY forgiving).

If its stock, enjoy spending a few thousand getting it ready to drift.

I got my car for 15k, 74k miles, 500 on a streetport rebuild, suspension, good tires, new clutch, great transmission, '94 touring model.

The deal is out there, I spent a year and a half to find mine. Prioritize. Don't get an FD to drift, get something you can beat the hell out of, 240, AE86, etc. Thats all I got for you, gl.

PS: How was 3F3F?

If you want to drift, I don't care if youre boyfriend is winning D1 events, you're not going to have an easy time starting in an FD... and on top of that, you expect an FD to be able to be your drift car and your daily driver? Good luck, you've got a lot to learn.

Go search.
And go to your room!!!

All joking aside, honestly, do your homework, do your research and figure out your budget for your build (with mods). This is really the wrong section of the forum to post about wanting a 3rd gen RX-7.

Also this is the wrong section to post about the social inequalities of the male to female gender. You can save all that for the wonderful colorful people of the lounge. (Love you guys!)

And seeing that you're from WA, you might wanna start a thread in the regional section. Check out this thread just to get you started.

With this being said, what are your automotive resources? Do you plan on working on your car? Does your b/f plan on working on your car? These rotaries are not as mechanically forgiving as their piston brethren. Yes the car looks sweet, it can be a beast, but it can also be a beast to work on.

I've got Enkei RPF 1s on order (18X9.5 +45 front and 18X10 +38 rear), Stance coilovers, Racing Beat sway bars, Cusco front strut bar and Race Shop harness bar, Rotary Extreme toe links and trailing arms, and I'm waiting for SuperPro to make some front bushings so I can get the whole set.
