Angry Fuel + Spark + Compression = Nothing?!

Hi everyone...
i have fuel (enough to dampen the spark plugs after a turn or two).
i have compression (enough to slow the turnover speed of the engine considerably vs. when the spark plugs are out)
i have spark (checked against the block and spark plugs (although old) are firing... i'm going to get some new leading (#9's) ones of these right now. How much spark is this test supposed to show... mine was a spark, but not an intense one!

BUT: does anyone have any thoughts on what might be stopping this fresh build from starting?

take your plugs out.............unplug your ignitor.......... turn your motor over until you don't see any vapop/smoke coming from the drivers side of the engine. Put some a couple tablespoons of Automatic Transmission Fluid in each bottom spark plug hole. Install clean spark plugs......... plug in ignition........... start engine......... let run for 45 minutes. Keep an eye on oil and coolant levels.......

when i follow the unflood procedure i don't see any vapor/smoke coming out of the injector ports at all... does this mean it isn't getting enough fuel?
when i remove the injector after cranking they ARE wet... not dripping, but wet.

Injector, you mean spark plugs????

If you have wet spark plugs then you're getting fuel............put some new plugs in or clean yours really well. Put some atf fluid in and start it up.
