base and r1/2

hey i was wondering if you buy a base model fd would you be able to buy the r1/2 shocks and oil coolers? and is that the only difference is between the two

You actually have two questions here. Lets break them down accordingly

Yes....

The shocks & dual oil coolers will fit all models.

But you need to ask yourself. For the money, will the stock R1/R2 shocks perform better than koni sports?

Nope, plenty of info on this one. You might want to do a little more research.

R1/R2 also have front spoiler lip with brake ducts. Rear spoiler. Different seat material (more butt grip).

That is if you have a base with zero options.
