Ive been reading and talking about FDs, but I never really figured out what it stands for... so whats FD stand for?

FD=93-95 RX-7, US produced in Japan until 2002
FC=86-91 RX-7, US, FD was '92 in Japan
FB=later 1st gens, earlier 1st gens were SAC22 or something like that

FD is short for FD3s, it's the chassis code.
