is it flooded?

starter engages but cant get the engine to fire, tried push method but all I got was a slight gurgling from the muffler and no sign of spark. I pulled the fuel pump relay to tried and dry it out, but that didnt work either. I dont know if Im flooded or not pumping gas at all. This morning It beeped in the "start" position like the key was left in the ignition with the door open... but I cant for the life me remember if it always did that til I started it.
Last night I ran it not to hard but I dont have a timer and I completely forgot to let her cool down for a few minutes. also my idle afm high 10's which I know is low but I just got the car and have been trying to establish a connection to with 7 guys in my area to help me.

Yes you are quite possibly flooded. Follow the procedure and see if fuel is blown out of the plug holes. (Be sure to disable the spark!)

I pulled the plugs, pulled the fuel relay to clear out the chamber as well as check that Im getting spark which I am... no fuel came out. I put new plugs back in tried to start it, got nothing. I pulled the plugs back out and their dry... not sure what my next step should be... I just got this car and still learning rotary.

The 2 first things to check if it wont start is: Spark and fuel

You say that you are sure that you're getting spark BUT do get any fuel???

Try to unhook the fuel lines running to the engine and see if fuel comes out when you try to start it. If not, there's your problem

Make sure you put the relay back in snug. If you want to test if the fuel pump is working, jump the F/P and GND terminals in the diagnostic box and listen for a buzzing sound in the trunk of the car. If you hear it, then the FP is running.
