Fire bawl!
Forme it's useless and certainly will not bring any benefit to the engine and/or turbos.
Anyway, if you want to shoot flames, just have a straight exhaust (DP+MP+Catback).
Just that the MP mod will cascade plenty of others for safety/reliability reasons.

It's kind of a faux pas to talk about it around here.
But yeah, it does look pretty cool. You won't damage your engine or your turbos by letting a couple off, as long as you're not retarded(which I suspect you might be) and start boincing your engine off the rev limiter for 10 seconds to get some crazy 7ft long flame. However, it can set your car on fire. Lots of people have lost rear bumpers and more due to rotary afterburn. They make CF bumpergaurds. I have one, but I have no idea how well it protects against the fire.

Remove the cats and run the tuning really rich.
It's only bad for the car if you're not controlling your boost properly (full exhaust) or you catch your rear bumper on fire. But it's always kinda stupid to allow it if you can avoid it.
