FD throttle body mods?
Can I get rid of everything on the stock fd throttle body? Just have the tps and the main throttle lever? For a cleaner look.

There's not a ton that can be removed from the stock throttle body. It's not an attractive device, that's just the nature of it.
You can remove the thermowax assembly on the back of the throttle body, there are some write-ups and pictures on that. That's pretty much it.
If you do try and clean or polish or something, take HUGE care if you try and take things apart and put it back together. The TB has a ton of weird tiny parts that have to go together in a certain way and they are all adjusted and calibrated from the factory.

+1, there are a bunch of adjustments that are really finnicky to get right, so if yours is working properly, leave it alone. if you want a cleaner look, clean the windows, or vacuum the car. seriously nobody is going to notice that the thermowax isn't there

Drive By Wire will allow you to clean up the look drastically, the electronic throttle will take care of most of those adjustments. Haltech 2500 with DBW isn't cheap, but maybe you already have that on your shopping list?
