F***ing GREMLINS!!!
I just put in a newly rebuilt motor. When i put the batt in i had a couple of electrical systems that did not work, meanwhile i had a couple of systems that did work.
Systems that work:
Dash lights
Parking lights
horn
Blinkers
door locks
Systems that don't work:
Starter
ECU
Headlights
Fuel pump???
Window Regulators
I have already gone through and re-done all of the grounds that attach to the motor as well as the body(3 under ratsnest, one on drivers side of motor, one under fuse\relay blocks, one from uim to fire wall). I have also used some 4 gauage cable to add some more body and motor grounds. I was wondering if any one had delt with this before or if any one had any ideas. I have already checked all of the fuses and they are all ok. I am ready to.....well i will leave that up to you. As usual all help is appriciated. Thanks.

Seems like a main fuse problem to me. If not, replace these parts one by one and see if you get any results. Find someone you may be able to swap part with. The ECU is the easiest to swap. Good luck.
