Racing Beat is the one and only for 'factory finish'. Well honestly there is the M2(Mostly Mazda) that may be floating around somewhere, their distributor still makes the exhaust I think but I dont recall their name...

There is also making a custom one from a Magnaflow dual tip muffler which would give very similar sound and looks as the M2, etc.

If you need a stock looking exhaust, there is nothing better than the Racing Beat dual exhaust. There were others made that look stockish, but they are either no longer made or very hard to find. IIRC, the racing beat is somewhat hard to get too, due to so much demand. And the quality of the RB system is second to none. Its one of the best true muffler type exhausts out there and i'm sure thats what everyone is going to recommend.

sounds like a winner to me... now if only i can find a decent one (of course, the only reason why i would stray away from stock is because of the tuning by steve kan during the week of sevenstock... so i would need one asap!!!)

Anyone have any vids or sound clips of the RB dual? I am looking to get this exhaust as my current Apex'i N1 is way too damn loud.

RB dual is very quiet, if you don't need the straight through function of most 3" just order the RB dual tonight. You won't be disapointed.

Does not having a straight through muffler impede performance very much? I want quieter, but I also want performance.

"Factory finish", eh? NOTHING is more stout than the factory exhaust.

Hi-Tech, however, they're in Australia. Good luck getting a break on shipping from over there.

I used to have an M2 exhaust and it *was* a sweet unit. It didn't have the build quality of the Racing Beat, but sounded much more aggressive and was quiet at the same time.
