Emmissions Removal and dies after 4000RPM?
Before i get flamed and told to search, i have for a couple hours and haven't exactly found what i need.
92 JDM FD
First off, the motor has been completly rebuilt, large streetport, full non-sequential( removed all flappers in manifold, port matched, removed flapper in y-pipe, ported wastegate), removed double throttle plates, removed air-pump and all emmisions. HKS Twin Power, Greddy FMIC, Greddy intake elbow with BOV flange, Greddy Type RS BOV, Walbro 255lph HO, 3" exhaust turbo back. I have an ECU that i bought off my friend which is tuned for these exact mods. It works, i've seen it used in his FD.
The car starts up fine and idles like a freshly rebuilt streetported motor. The problem lies when you rev it up(in neutral) to say around 4000rpm or a lil higher it falls on its face. I've been told that since i removed all emmisions i need to wire in resistors or run a Power-FC.
My question is what resistors and where do i wire them into?
If anyone can help i would muchly appreciate this.
Chad

PFC does not need resitors for removed solenoids, etc.
First thing is to verify that all PFC settings are correct, especially max rpm setting as this is fuel cut. It is a great way to prevent your car from being driven away.
