emissions problems on my rx7

hi,i'm having problems trying to get a mot on my rx7,because the emission are to high,it has a cat in it,is there anythink i can adjust,it smells rich on tick over,any idears,many thanks

Do you have a print out of your readings?

At the least, change the oil, filter, air filter, plugs,wires, and oxygen sensor and try again.
