EGI help

So I finnaly got my engine in and I drove the car for about 15 miles when the car suddenly died. So I checked all the normal stuff and found my EGI fuse blown, so I replaced it and it blew again. So I was wondering if anyone knew what all the EGI fuse is connected to so I can read all the wires out. Also I read out where the fuse goes and I have the battery voltage on one side and 10 volts on the other side is that normal?

EGI fuses the starting/charging system as well as Engine Control System...
Actually EGI stands for Engine Gasoline Injection.

Connected to white/green on alternator, white green to EGI main relay.
Also the positive side of the EGI fuse is hard wired to battery positive, as well as switched through the starter.

How did you come up with these measurements??

yeah i traced out as much of the wire as i could, and i found that one of the wires goes to the alternator and it seams like the voltage went away when i pulled that wire so im going to have my alternator checked tomarrow
