Dyno run today

I just got back home from the dyno today. Made 300.1 rwhp at 11.5 psi. My A/F ratio was horrible though...ranged from 13.1-14.3. I need tuning bad. The only reason I am not tuning it is because I need a new motor and Fidelity won't warranty it untill the compression is below 6.0. Right now it is at 6.4-6.6 and one side with 6.3. I will put my sig in my next post when I update it.

I will post a pic of the dyno graph once I can get it on my computer and a short video.

those are some nice numbers, better get it tuned or your compression will be way down, like engine bye bye down

ok here is the video of the run. The quality isn't all that great. It is with a digital camera that can take 15 sec. clips.

ok that link didn't work. This one is to the album with the video, pic of car on dyno, and pic of dyno sheet.

and here are my mods. 92.3 injector duty on stock fuel at .81 kg/cm boost shown on the power fc.

I'm surprised you didn't hurt your motor with that kind of a A/F. Is the wideband at the dyno accurate?

I'm surprised you hit 92% duty cycles with that A/F as well. 92% duty cycle on stock injectors should give a pretty safe AF ratio at 300 rwhp. Something's not adding up.

Wow, your low-end torque is....LOW. You look non-sequential, but your torque is low at 4000 rpm even for non-sequential.... are you streetported?

Peak numbers look good but obviously if you are running A/F ratios above 13:1, you will be billing the warranty company soon.

I have stock ports and the turbos still sequential. I'm not trying to break the motor, but I wouldn't say I'm trying to prevent it from happening. And its just cause it isn't tuned right now. Don't really wanna tune a bad motor. And the wide band at the dyno is accurate, I asked the guy at the dyno the same question. But he told me that those little gaps up in the graph are miss fires. He almost didn't even want to do the last run for fear of blowing my engine.

The company is....

Fidelity Warranty Services, Inc.
P.O BOX 8567
Deerfield Beach, FL 33443

1-800-327-5172

I can't wait to get my new motor when they warranty it. I do think the dyno did some damage though. My idle is a little worse now.

There is something wrong with either the dyno readout or your car then. I made SAE Corrected 200 ft-lbs of rwtq by 3k rpm. This was at 10 psi with downpipe and cat-back. You should be getting higher numbers than me but you are getting significantly lower.....

The dyno was fine it is def. my car with the problem. The low compression has totally messed up my torque. I feel almost none until my first turbo kicks in. Man I want my new engine.

Has anyone had any experience with Rotorsports Racing in Kannapolis, NC. That is who I am thinking of getting my new motor ported by.
