Drove my FD for the second time tonight.

For the 1 minute I drove it from my cousins garage to my house i was . What an car, best $11k ive ever spent. there are so many differences between my 240 and the fd. the fd's ride is much wider, stiffer, uncomfortable, cool sounding...no to mention the biggest difference.....

driving the 240 hard = vroooooooooooooooooooooooooooooom shift vrooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooom shift

driving the fd hard =
wheel hop....grip..zooooom wooosh shift
zoooooooom wooosh shift

Glad to know someone is enjoying their FD. Man, I've owned mine for quite awhile and I enjoy it every time I drive it. I still get the new car feeling. So how's the bov? How loud is it?

its set on the smallest opening. its loud. its not a fast and the furious "squeaker". definatly more of a loud woooosh.

if you start it in nuetral then yes. But if you have the clutch in and leave it in gear it shouldn't do that.

That's the AWS which is bad for the bearings but it warms the engine faster. Just do as mentioned above(start in gear) and you'll be fine.

Every time is like the first time.
