Well sorry for annoying the people that I annoid, and thank-you to the people that helped...Found the gremlin that was eating my 2ndary boost, and feel like yesterday was the first time I really drove the FD. Since I bought the car with the problem it was very fun and educational trying to trouble shoot. Some preventative maintanace I've done in the last month have been:
Mobil 1
Redline MT90
Redline 75W90
Fuel Filter
Spark plugs
Flushed radiator (still need an upgraded one)
Cleaned K&N's
Fan Mod
Wired boost gauge
Converted '99 tail lights
Added a switch in ashtray for PMS (stealthy toggle)

Wow, you've been a busy guy. I know what you mean about not really driving the car until the boost is working properly. Mine is still broken (10-5-2), and I can't wait to get it working so I can see what this baby is really supposed to be like.
