does anyone run a 4" exhaust

I am having a 4" stainless steel exhaust made for my car and was gonna run it with no cat or muffler but i've decided to get a muffler.....anyways i want want a muffler thats like 4" inlet and 4" outlet maybe 5"....anyways any advise would help.....Thanks oh and ragerace is looking into it for me but i was just wondering from you guys....later

A 4 inch exhaust isnt going to do **** for you unless your making some serious power. The only people I know that are running 4 inch exhausts are the guys with 20b's.

im going to be the owner of the car that ragerace is building.... by Davinci Motorworks and a couple other guys in florida...I'm going to be making 520 at 14 psi and 600+ at 22, or pretty close that is, so thats why im running the one piece 4" mandrel bent stainless steel exhaust, and be cause in alaska nobody see's stuff like that, and i'm trying to represent the 7's here since thiers only a few

also the reason why is because when i was in japan and had my 7 over there i had a 3" exhaust, no cat nothing and the muffler was 3" in and like 4 1/2" out and it sounded so nice, i just can't find any like that, i was thinking maybe the HKS titanium but i don't think its that big.....

well im in anchorage, theres a couple up there in fairbanks, one thats supposed to be pretty bad...It was in anchorage but sold to someone up there. I won't be getting mine here till prob April its being built in florida right now, umm theirs also a guy named bob thats building a RX7 V8 here as well...you should check out www.alaskamotorsports.com thats the forum up here...maybe i'll come up to fairbanks when i get my car here......L8r

I run a RE-Amemiya 4" exhaust with a 3" DP on the stock twins with no harm to performance. Sounds better than any 3" exhaust I've ever heard and in the end that's all that really matters isn't it?

Jason Manley from Ft. Worth....The same FD featured in SCC Challenge ran a full 4" with muffler. Sounded great....Loud as **** but nice.

yeah i know its gonna be loud, but i want something thats gonna sound pretty good. I am going to have a XR-1 put on, so when i hear it i'll record the sound clip and post it...thanks for the help guys
