Newbie Boost Questions

Alright, so i know the psi goes 10-8-10 but when exactly does the transition happen? I'm also under the impression that the turbos spool together for at least a small period of time. Thanks a lot guys...I just want to know exactly whats going on with my car.

At about 4500 rpms it'll dip down to 8 and should go back up to 10 right after. Only one turbo runs until the transition. Try searching around...

The turbos don't spool 'together', but while the primary is working alone, and the rpm starts approaching 4500, the secondary prespools. But during prespool the secondary's output gets dumped - not what I consider 'spooling together'.
