I know these pics are huge but here they are. Fuel pump is a Magna Fuel 1250hp pump. Running -8an lines all the way up, stock lines for the fuel return. The pump gets fuel from a 90* -8an bulkhead ran w/ a 1/2" aluminum tube mounted on the stock fuel tank lid. Car is almost complete Dean!! Just waiting on the Koyo radiator and it's good to go home

What model pump? It looks like it fits perfectly and bolts right up! Any other modifications required? How hard is it to change the filter? It's looking good!

So, you're saying that this project took 1 month time? Please let me know how long it took so I can tell Corksport. They took 1 year to complete my project

You got to be shitting me!! 1yr?? I hope you didn't pay a years worth of work. Honestly, I couldn't even begin to imagine what I could do to a car in a years worth of time. Installing the engine only took a whole day. The rest of the labor was all custom stuff that Dean wanted done (FMIC, cb, single turbo).

While I understand you may have gotten surge. A Godzilla BOV would probably have been fine.

Where does the air filter sit? Looks like it will get a nice fresh breath of air. I need to get something like that going under my hood.

We're going with three screens instead of a filter. Theres a huge debate about the cold air duct here: https://www.rx7club.com/showthread.p...21#post3979121

3 screens? Why not a filter like a K&N? If you do run the screens I'd test the pressure drop by putting a manometer right at the inlet of the turbo. I'd guess 3 screens in series is asking for a huge pressure drop, far greater than even a small filter. Then there are small sand particles that your turbo/engine will be seeing on top of all that. I'm not saying a K&N type filter is the best at filtering contamination but it's better than any flat screen in both respects.

Why all the fuss about where your air duct is? Where else can you put it?? It's not like you can put it on the roof to make it as far as possible from the hot tar. It's true that the closer to the tar the hotter the air is but it's still a hell of a lot better than pulling from behind the radiator like most other FD's.
