Is there a trick? I'm pulling the engine and am trying to diconnect the oil lines that connect to the hard lines going to the oil cooler. I've removed the wire clips but I still can't get them to come off. Am I missing something?

 

after the wire clips are off, they should come off...mine were a little difficult and had to pull but be careful not to bend your oil cooler

 

Pull and wiggle. The secret is using the right curse words.

 

Yep, they're usually a little stuck in there. Twisting the fittings can help break them loose. There are O-rings in there it seals up with, and over time they'll get pretty stuck.
