Consistently Flooding

I have a brand new brideported motor with about 100 miles. It was running perfect until during a ride I pulled over because the headlight cover almost flew off and when I got back into the car, it was running on one rotor. But on the drive home it cleared up and was running perfect again. Now every time I start the car it sounds like its running on one rotor. First thing I did was a compression check and both were over 100. I checked and have spark on both leading plugs. When I pull the spark plugs all 4 are wet. My fuel set up is stock 850cc in primary location and injector dynamics 2200cc secondaries. So this is what I have tried so far... I applied 12v to all injectors and hear them click. I pulled the primary rail with injectors still in and jumped the fuel pump in the diag. box and let it run for a few min. and not even one drip. I can not test the secondaries because they are top feed. I unplugged the connector from the harness and tested all four injectors. The primaries were around 16.5 ohms and the secondaries were 10.5 I know the repair manual says apporx. 13.8 or replace but not sure if such a small difference matters. During the first 100 miles it did smell like fuel in the cockpit but there were no external leaks. I had blew my motor 8 months ago and the injectors did sit in the hatch the entire time. The 850cc were cleaned about a month before the motor blew by rc engineering. I have replaced the plugs numerous times just to have them soaked in fuel again. I have no idea were to go from here and dont want to replace a part for no reason . Thanks in advance.

It's a bandaid solution but I have a button on my dash that is connected to my fuel pump relay and cuts power to the fuel pump when i push it. Whenever I shut down the car I hold the button down for a few seconds before shutting the car off. The engine typically stumbles a bit and the AFR's start to go up but it pretty much guarantees that it'll never flood.

If I ever were to flood I could also hold the button down to de-flood the engine too

Ok, after much testing and searching threw posts I am 99% sure there is nothing wrong with the fuel system. I am thinking it's some sensor causing the ecu to dump fuel. I have a power fc and in sensor check nothing is hi-lighted besides fuel which is normal since I have an aftermarket fuel rail. Also maybe it's my settings in power fc but I don't know why this would happen out off nowhere. Any suggestions? Am I on the right path?

I would go to the tuner and have them check the settings on the laptop. Maybe something could have changed for some reason. Is your fuel pressure consistent?

when was that screen shot taken? was the car up to temp? if so, your TPS is way off and needs to be re-positioned to be within spec. if you dont know thats (vat1 and vat2)

also what plugs are you running? if they are stock BUR9EQP and they got wet with fuel you need to replace at least two of them to get the engine running again. i would replace all four. once they get wet they will not start a flooded engine.

lastly you seem really focused on the fuel system. check for spark...make sure your plugs are firing and are firing really strong.

keep us posted.

Sorry for the delayed responce , I coundnt get to my car and didn't remember if I took that pic with it running or not. The car was off in the above pics. I did check spark on both leading plugs and the checked out ok , one looked a little brighter then the other but think it was how I had it positioned when checking. I took some pics today but I wasn't at operating temp so I don't know if they will help. The plugs are Ngk racing 11.5 The car starts with no problem but sounds like it's running on one rotor. If I pull the plugs after shut down there all wet. The car won't idle on its own , I have to keep my foot on the gas the entire time or it will stall . I really can't afford a tuner right now , and need to fix it myself . Thanks for all the help

Screen shot if the timing , Rpms are high because it will stall if I don't have my foot on the gas.
