Colant leak...need help!
Here the situation; I have a very slow coolant leak on the drivers side, all along the housing (near and around the spark plugs) . I checked the throttle body hoses and the engine block coolant drain plug. The engine was rebuilt less then 3000 miles ago and the water pump, thermostat and gaskets were changed less then 2 years ago. I have a practically brand new Fluidyne rad and the rad hoses were changed at the same time. There isn't any white smoke coming out of the exaust, the coolant is still very clean (bright green) and apart from the mild overheating, the cars runs great. Any suggestions? This is really pissing me off!
Thanks.
Thanks.

Corrosion on hard pipe(s) where TB hose(s) are clamped? Could leak between hose and pipe. Also, hard pipe could be perforated from rust.
You should do a pressure test to find the leak.

I had a similar scenario after I installed my water temp gauge in the throttle body coolant line. I was leaking from the clamp on my T-fitting for the temp sender. Because it was dribbling down the underside of the coolant hose, I could only see the coolant on the block underneath. Check the underside of your hoses for any coolant residue that might give the leak away. If you've already checked them thoroughly, then just ignore me
