Low Colant buzzer keeps going off need help!
i bought this 89 Rx-7 non turbo about a week ago and it runs and drives great. except the low colant buzzer keeps going off. ill check the radiator and it will be nearly empty so ill fill it up before work and after work it will be empty again. i dont have any leaks and the overflow tank just keeps getting fuller and fuller. it wont put coolant back into the radiator.... i dont know what to do. ive replaced the thermostat, radiator cap, ive flushed the entire system. today i took it all off the car and made sure all the hoses were clean and im still having the same problem. what do i do?

Check the Rad cap..Maybe Replace it(with OEM only..please..other **** doesn't Work.)..also check the Overflow tube, and Bottle..The hose from the Rad to the bottle should be free of holes.Check Under the Overflow bottle,INSIDE: that small tube in there should also be free of Obstructions and be in Good Shape...The point I am trying to make is: the Coolant Expands, goes into your Overflow bottle. If the "path" to the overflow has Holes,When the Coolant Needs to return,it Can't because it is Sucking Air(like sucking on a straw with holes..NO Good stuff Taken back up,is there??LOL!)./.SO>>#1..check your Coolant Levl in the Rad..SEARCH:bleeding the cooling System(there are threads on this,I am not going to go into what has already been covered)..Once the System is Bled and the Cap and overflow Bottle Route Are fine,Then by rights,It should be OK..IF NOT,then you may have a Blown coolant seal, and Air is getting into the system that way and forcing the Pressure to be so great that it Has no choice but to GO into the overflow...I hope you understand what I am trying to Put across to you..good Luck..(also ..just LOOK DOWN>..Down some MORE!!!!!.on this page and there should also be related threads that may help..)..Cheers STYX!
burp it. take off both caps while engine is running (But cool) and as coolent level falls keep filling it. it sounds like you have air in there and its pushing it into the overflow tank. Make sure the coolant is moving. When the radiator is fineally full and stops dropping its level put the cap on then fill the collant neck on the motor until it stops going lower. toss the cap on and see if it works if not good luck.
Something else that can happen....I'm not looking at min right now and might be misnaming something but the fan shroud vibrates enough at times that is can loosen the wire on the Coolant Level Sensor causing your buzzer to go nuts all the time...ask me how I know! =)
Then again you mentioned coolant actually going missing so in this cause some of the other replies in this thread are probably correct in this case.

You have a leak somewhere.

I don't know why it isn't starting, but a motor with a blown coolant seal will start.
You likely have another problem causing the no start.
