When I did this mod, I believe I used a RX8 or miata rod, which was too long and grinded it down to fit. I remember the metal was hella hard and took forever to grind with a dremel.

About 10 years ago I had an issue with this so I replaced the pedal. I was pulling the pedal out recently and noticed it happened again. I bought two bearings and had them both done, although one of them is angled a bit so I'm hoping it will be OK.

I went ahead and sourced out the rest of the plastic bits for the clutch pedal.
46543-Q0400 is the pedal stopper right under the pivot point that wraps around the pedal itself.
The other two are for the spring. Mugen1800 linked one of the parts (46534-35F10) which cradles the bottom of the spring, but there's another part that goes on the other end of the spring where it passes through a hole in the box around the pedal, and that is 46535-11P01.
