Clutch interlock switch connections?

I am having a hard time reading the electrical diagram. What pins and connectors does the clutch interlock switch connect to. One side I believe is ground but I cannot figure out the other side. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Are you talking about what ECU pin, or what wiring connector under the dash?

I'd guess there are two connections for the clutch switch, one would be connected to ground, the other to an ECU input. The switch closes the connection, grounding the ECU input.

I'm confused - do you mean you're looking for the connector itself? Or you've found the connector but aren't sure which pin is which?

If your using the stock clutch switch then it should just clip in to the harness connector. If you're trying to patch in your own switch, then test continuity between each pin on the harness connector and the chassis ground with a multimeter. That will tell you which pin is the ground pin. The other pin will be the ECU.

One wire (black/red) goes to the starter, and the other (blue/white) goes to the ignition switch (~12V) via the starter cut relay.

The switch allows power to the starter when the clutch pedal is pressed.

For reference, there is also a "clutch switch", which grounds ECU terminal 1Q when the clutch pedal is released (and ignition key turned to "ON").

I know where the switch is and the connector that goes to the switch I want to know where the wires to the switch go. Sorry for the confusion. The switch I'm talking about has two wires and is connected to the clutch pedal under the dash.

Thanks

I just told you where they go.

Since you said "interlock switch", I assumed you meant the interlock switch. But since the two are right near eachother, which one do you mean? I have attached a diagram from the FSM that shows where both are located.

Sorry, I thought you meant the clutch switch, I missed the "interlock" part.

DigDug was spot on with the clutch interlock switch. It's on page Z-24 of the wiring diagram.

ACtually at the clip if you connect the red/black and the blue white together you can start the car without pushing the clutch in I had to do this for my 5 speed swap (edit) BECAUSE my clutch interlock switch was broken on the pedal
