Exclamation The cat's on fire!

I allways thought it was impossible to shoot flames with the cat still in place, seems I was wrong..
I was racing my dad the other day and he was pushing my tail for about 45 minutes on country roads.
When we came home he told me that I was actually shooting falmes on several occations, and I still have my stock main-cat installed.
I guess my cat is toast by now..
But.. Is this normal?

I would think you'd have to be excessively rich, with very hot exhaust temps to shoot flames with a cat still in place. What does your dad drive?

I'm running pretty rich at the moment, waiting for Jason to send me the PFC Commander.
My dad drives a modified Audi S4 Biturbo, it's pretty darn quick! But handles like "****" in the bends!

*so jelous*

not because of your fd, I'm in the club, but there's just no twisty roads were I could corner carve for 45 mins where I live.

Lol, don't have much answer for you though, I know my car pops a little but I'm not sure about visual flame with my dp/main cat/cb, but if you are some what more rich than normal, I could see it happening at night.

Haha!
I never said it handles like ****, I said it handles like "****". Kind of like a joke, if you see what I mean.
But it certainly can't stay with the seven sin the turns, not even close..

um... I think you mean in comparo to the FD the S4 is not quite up to par?

I would hope not... seeing how the two cars are not even in the class / league...
