The car won't roll?
This is probably a stupid question, but the car will not roll. Three weeks ago I back the rear wheels on ramps the front was on jacks. Put the ebrake on; I then ripped out the engine/tranny etc etc. and the ABS and with master cylinder, pretty much everything.
Now yesterday I needed to move the car over in the garage to take the doors off to start prepping for paint. Took it down off the jacks, then my dad came over to help me push the car off the ramps. We can't budge the sucker, it wont move back or forward so obviously the rotors are locked.
I think the rotors just rusted to the brakes after having the ebrake on for so long; (also i know the ebrake cable loosened I checked on both sides). I just would think that with two of us pushing with basically no weight left the car we could have broke the rotors free??
Anything i'm missing here... really has me dumbfounded.

Three weeks (inside).
Thats what I think too which is not a big deal I just thought that we would have been able to break it free. I was just checking to see if I was stupid and there was something I wasnt thinking about.
I have this problem every time my car is parked in the rain and the e-brake is on. I had to slip the clutch and break it free. It was not pretty. Took a few miles to wear the buildup off the rotors as well.
Now I never use the e-brake if the car is going to be parked more than a day or two. And yes my driveway is very flat.
If you can't "drive" it then you are going to have a hard time breaking them loose.

Then throw the pads away as they will be useless once you do this. I've never ever seen in any automotive manual where they tell you it's a good idea to use any kind of lubricant on barke surfaces.
Happens often when a car is left to sit for some time, especially when it is wet or moist out. I prefer to chock the wheels instead. I just put some muscle into it. Doing squats at the gym helps
Don't spray anything on the pad surface. It will ruin them.

+eleventy on NOT spraying any lubricants onto brake surfaces.
I just can't imagine what caused your problem, if indeed it is seized rotors-to-pads.
My car was on jack stands for 2 and a half years and it didn't do this. In fact, the ONLY time I have ever witnessed it was on a old Toyota Tercel I was working on that sat outside for about 8 months and didn't move.
