Alright so my problem is that when I put the key in the ignition it won’t let me turn the key when the car was off I turned the steering wheel out and it locked up which I think cause the security system to stop the car from starting any suggestions on how to fix I also can turn my wheel anymore

 

Turn the wheel off the lock and then turn the key
