Can someone please help??? Boost?

I was driving my car yesterday, and I stomped on the gas, it made a weird noise. and now when I get into it, it doesn't boost like it should.
It makes a shhhhh noise when it boosts. I can still hear the turbos boost, but it's weak as hell. I had my friend press the gas when I was under the hood, and it looks like the belt on the uper left pump stops when it gets to a certin RPM. I think it said on the hood that is is the turbo pump are A/c pump are something, please help me. It's not boosting like it use to.

I checked all the intercooling hoses etc....all seem to be tight.....On the hood it looked like the turbo charger #4 on the hood diagram (the upper left most compressor stops when you reach a certain RPM) Is this supposed to happen?

"Whoosh" and low boost? Probably your rubber coupler on the turbos. They split all the time and you cant tell if it's cracked until you remove and inspect it.

You are looking at the airpump. It is for emissions and cuts off at full throttle and 3000 rpm. I agree with them, take off the coupler coming off the y-pipe and check for splits.

Get a new one from a dealer or go all out and get the efini y-pipe.

with this cracked plastic piece coming off the y-pipe: would it still be possible to have a full 10-11 psi on first turbo then the socnd one be at like 9psi with a dip to 5 psi on the transition?

No. If you aren't transitioning well it's more likely to do with the precontrol solenoid/actuator/hoses.
