I could and probably am wrong, but sitting for a month isnt that bad for it, when I was reading this right up on how to store my 7, the one thing the author said not to do was go and start it up every couple weeks/months, not sure why though.

edit: just found the article again, it says its only detrimental to do this if it doesnt reach operating temperature, so if you do get it up to temp it should be fine.

Yes... Start it and warm it up till you reach temp.... you can also still drive it if you need... I drove mine around the block just to clean up the brake rotors. Also, it helps if you have after market gauges... I am running water temp/oil pressure and air fuel gauges so I was at least able to monitor those while I drove/warmed it up...
I will PM you my number so you can call me if you have questions.....

I just drove my car for the first time yesterday after sitting for a month...so issues. I just cruise it through the neighborhood after a quick warm up and get it up to operating temps and then come back around the block and park it.

^ I ran into the same problem, you have to have the button that pops the lights up without turning them on. If you plug the up-down button back in your lights will work.
