a/c relay
Ive been doing some reading on how if you remove the a/c relay then turn your a/c on and set it to 3 that your radiator fans will run on high. I would like to do this but i cant seem to figure out which relay i need to pull. Does anyone have a picture showing which relay to pull. I looked in the workshop manual but still not sure. Any help you be great.

If fans working properly they should go on high anyway, right? If temps getting away from you, u need to address the root of the issue which may mean diff temp sensor, new fans, coolant flush, etc. pulling a relay isnt the solution...not even a temporary one.
No, i didnt answer your question...

I don't remember the exact conditions that cause each "step up" but I believe the fans work at 3 stages.
If you turn on the A/C while the vehicle is a normal temps the fans come on low or if the car just warms up to the point they'd naturally come on, they also come on low.
Now if the car has the fans on due to coolant temp AND the A/C gets turned on, the fans go to medium.
Then I believe that if the car continues to heat up some more it will flip to high speed fans.
Again I'm going to state that I don't remember the exact temps or conditions that up the fan speeds (I'm sure one of the guru's on here will clarify if needed) but this is my general understanding of the fans in our cars.

yes, the fans stage up to react to temp conditions...if your system is proper, the stock fans work fine. If you are spiking temps and the fans can't keep up, there are other issues you may need to explore. That's all I'm saying. Fans weren't intended to run at high on most occasions...that's why they usually sit on low/med.

Yeah I know there must be a problem somewhere...
At night I have no cooling problems its only during the day and when im sitting at idle. If the car is moving temps to back down. While driving temps stay between 80-85c but stopped in traffic too long it hits 100c+ and add coolant buizer might go off for a little bit or till I get moving.
Its a little weird, if I accelerate quickly temps go down quickly. Im running a knightsports vmount and a vented hood but thats not helping.
