temp problems

car is running at 184 f on the stock temp gauge but the power fc reads 210 f at idle and 220 crusing, its a brand new engine. I changed the sensor on the water pump and the rear plate still shows the same temps also changed the thermostat and had no changes

How do you know the car is 184 on the stock gauge? The stock gauge has no numbers.
What temp is your pfc set to turn on the fans?
Have you checked to see if the fans are working?

I would hook up a water temp gauge at the water pump. That will give you a better general idea of what temp you're at.

If your temps are still high, I would check to see if you have a working water pump, pressure cap, the system holding actual pressure and that there's no air in the system.

The coolant system is soo under looked yet its complex. Just one of those factors will cause a huge problem.

I dont think you can I think he just converted it for ease of use for us . but well

210 is 99 C , and 220 is 104C and your fans are set to come on at 84? .. make sure your fans are working at 84 as soon as the car hits 84c , check the hood and see if both are working .

your temps should drop when cruising not go up.

also if you dont have many cold temps , I'd change your coolant mix to more water vs antifreeze , and also add some water wetter

If the temps are actually as high as shown, this won't help.
