I have searched this forum and have found a few things that sound similar to me, but not excatly the same
Ok heres the background. Car had done 118 thousand ks and engine did the water seals.Got rebuilt and got 3 mill seals.
Now car has done 137 ks and i have white smoke at idle. Wont idle and when the car is hot you take the cap off and theres bubbles comeing up.
Anyone had the same
Thanks

water seals? = o-rings?
That sounds like o-ring failure. Can you have the coolant system pressure tested? The bubbling could be from a leak (air in system - need to burp it out) but the white smoke is more likely coolant in the engine. If you had the engine rebuilt, take it back tot he same place so it's covered under warranty. If it's past warranty, replace coolant water pump thermostat and any cracked water hoses.

You explained that the coolant seals went not too long ago. Did they use the same housings when they rebuilt? If so they might have warped from the previous overheating. I know new seals won't last long when stuff is bent......

Place that built it is 400 ks away. Have to get the coolant tested for combustion gases.
Maybe turbos are poked??

Let me try to decipher your accent:
400km = 300mi away?
collant tested for gases - yes and pressure test for leaks (busted hoses maybe)
poking the turbos? :Scratch:

Have you rebuilt your engine and had new o-rings ?
If so, have you got new housings
Sometimes if all is new, some km is required before good sealing, but definetely no more than 1000km

Try looking at the rubber underneath the cap. If the rubber is all worn out then it needs to be replaced. I had a similar problem when my coolant started to bubble. The rubber seal underneath the cap was too worn out thus causing it swell and thus not letting out enough pressure at the set psi. After I replaced the cap, actually I replaced both caps, things were much better.
