boosting issues... need help

hey,

My car holds full boost for the first sequential turbo, but when it crosses over to the second one, it only holds 5 pounds. When i let off it makes a really weird sound, almost like a turkey call on a BOV. what could this sound be?

Here's a Q. I have a RHD rx7 with a apexi gtspec r exhaust intake midpipe still got the big cat. and the car is only boosting 0.5 bars all the way.. I dont feel the SECONDARY turbo kick in... 0.5 all the way to red line... i do have a boost controller but dont really know how to work it yet!!.. or whats it set 2.. i dont think it can be the boost controller bc i dont feel the second turbo kick in so .. any ideas???

5 psi on the secondary could be a whole host of things. I would replace the check valves first before I go playing with solenoids.

is there a way to check if a solenoid is bad without having to replace it first?
