The base mod map on the PFC is tuned for 13 psi or so.

You seriously need to spend a few hours reading the FAQ and searching.

read the FAQ and take the car to a tuner to tune that PFC... and turn that boost down to between 10-13 psi until you can get a tune

16-16.5 psi of boost is NOT SAFE on your stock fuel system. Nor is your stock intercooler capable of cooling this adequately.

Set your Commander to show 4 readings: 1)Injector Duty Cycle, 2)Boost, 3) Water Temp, and 4) Air Temp.

I am willing to bet that your IAT is well over 70 degrees celcius. And you are probably hitting 100% IDC on the regular, you're injectors are probably also fried.

STOP DRIVING YOUR CAR LIKE THIS!!!

Simple answer: Put the STOCK cat back in your car. You do not have the correct setup right now to safely run a free flowing exhaust.

End of story.

I think it's a 50/50 of French and English..

I believe I've seen threads in the lounge of a similar effect though...

I'm surprised that your IDC is that low... Either there is a VERY good chance you are leaning out (dangerously) or you have had modifications done to your fueling. Before I had my entire system re-done I had my car tuned to a safe level and ran about 13psi on the stock fuel system. I don't know if I was just super rich (I doubt it) or not but I was seeing 100% IDC at around 13psi on full throttle/high rpms. I didn't stress it because I was (like I said) getting EVERYTHING replaced in about a months time.

Has your PFC been tuned (base map is only set for basic mods and 13psi) by anybody?? I would really suggest you add some restrictions to your exhaust, replace the Intercooler (anything over 40* and you want to start looking for a solution) and get that thing mapped!

Good luck,

Talking boost

I have a much larger intercooler coming and new apexi intake kit. When they come in I will install them which should make it breath much better and then I will get it tuned on the dyno again many thanks for taking the time out to responde.

Many Thanks

I seriously would not drive the car in its current state unless you turn the boost way down (and even then I'd look out for creep because of the lack of a cat). The base mod map on the PFC actually starts pulling fuel with IATs over 50C, which is the last thing you want at an untuned 16+ psi. If you boosted to 16 psi during winter you'd be looking for a new engine.
