Boost leak?

My friend just finished putting his car together. Heres the problem. When sitting at idle and free revving it makes boost properly and blows off properly. No leaks. But when driven or under load it seems and sounds like the boost is venting from the intake or blow off valves and the engine falls on its face.

We have several FD's here at my house and we have swaped all the charge pipe's and even the intercooler. We can find no leaks.

By the way at this point it is all stock except for power fc and non sequential turbo's. And no rats nest. (He has this car set up to go single just hasent done it yet)

Any ideas. We have tried every thing except changing BOV's. I think they are good though Because they dont leak and blow off strong when free revving.

Have you tried boosting in all gears? Have you gone through the trouble shooting guide?

Make sure you have all the vacuum lines hooked up correctly and none of them are loose.

Then check the actuators (be sure they're not moving) and make sure the primary inlet elbow isn't collapsing.

and we disconected the one actuater on the turbo's and the manifold has the flaper removed for the other actuater.

I believe the primary inlet elbow, is the rubber tubing coming from the airbox to the primary turbo.
