You can port the wastgate possibly, correct? Dont feel bad, at least you have boost. I blew my motor in Dec. spent all winter working two jobs busting my *** to get the motor built and massive other upgrades, finished in june, and havent been able to get the car to boost properly since break-in, in july. So i havent felt boost since Dec. Except for my friends 94 single gt3540 turbo, with 421 whp @15lbs. Pretty insane! Also props to PINEAPPLE RACING!!!

If the wastgate is having problems, typically you'll either see boost shoot up to 15-17 PSI as if you are experiencing boost creep or you won't see over 7-8 PSI.

I had a similar problem on sun, boost shot up to 17-18 psi then the car ran choppy the shut down. Question though, may sound dumb, Im sorry is the wastegate the same as the BOV? and could this problem kill the engine

My mods are as listed: new Pineapple Stage 3 motor with all new and cryo-treated components, oil mods and loop line, only about 1800 miles on motor. Brand new 99 efini turbo's, fluidyne rad, cosmo fuel pump, new oil injectors and injection lines, M2 ecu, M2 downpipe, greddy catback, magnecore 10mm wires, and new plugs, greddy blowoff valve, K&N filters, turbo timer, c's short shifter, RPS street clutch, ACT 9.5 lb. flywheel, my fuel injectors have also been flowed and matched by Marren Fuel injection at time of rebuild. I basically went all out and did all of this during the time of rebuild, but I had the ecu and 99 turbos on the car for around 125 miles before the motor blew, but the ecu wasnt enough fuel and thats why I upgraded the pump and injectors. Everything ran fine before disassembly, and with all the upgrades should be a really strong and reliable car, but i cant sort out my boost issue. I know its ignition, but i cant seem to find the source. I have done plugs, coils, wires, starter, igniter, crank sensors, etc... I need help!!!!
Without actually experiencing the "car just does not move" part, it's hard to suggest what to check. Basically it sounds like your car is building boost, but the power is not be transferred to the drivetrain (i.e. possibly a clutch problem), at least from your description.
Is there anyone local to you who you can take for a drive and let them experience what's happening?

From the sounds of it, it sounds like what was happening to my car but your is a little exaggerated...
Check your clutch and Flywheel Setup
What speed are you acclerating from to figure out that your car isn't accelerating right?
A lot of those are factors get back to us when you figure that out.

The other thing is to stick it on a dyno and see what your power curve looks like.

Most likely you've got a big boost leak somewhere - check ALL the intercooler connections and tighten the hose clamps up with a nut driver, NOT a screwdriver. I'd actually pull the hoses off and visually inspect them for tears and cracks.
With an air-tight system, the car should get at least 8 pounds of boost on the primary, even with the whole rat's nest not working for squat.
Only other possibility is VERY damaged turbos or restriction - clogged exhaust or intake.

I have check all solenoids, actuators, all lines have been replaced with silicone and properly inspected, and the turbo's are brand new 99 efini's. Also if it were a boost leak I dont think the boost would stay slammed at 12 lbs. I would imagine it would show the leak on the gauge. And Mahjik, the RPMs seem to match the curve perfectly. Thanks for all of your help guys and suggestions are helpful. Im going to tinker with the knock sensor for awhile and will be back online shortly...
