Boost Gauge: firewall access . . .
Guys,
I have just brought a boost gauge and I cant for the life of me find where I can get the vaccum hose through the firewall.
Any ideas bear in mind that I have a right hand drive.
Also the gauge is kpa, and it runs at -0.5 is this normal?
maz

You must remove the throttle body extension (Black pipe on your right as you look at the engine). Turn your drill upside down with butt of the grip pointing at the cieling. Drill a hole ONE INCH above where the steering column enters the firewall. Voila!!

thanks, that sounds reletivley easy. one of my other friends suggested the dimmer it self?
this might not be such a bad idea as my dimmer is not working.
thanks again.
