Apexi GT intercooler install
I was looking at placing this intercooler in front of the frame of the car instead of inside of the frame and in the engine bay. I dont care about cutting the cross member as I am having a body of mine that works at a show weld supports around the intercooler once it is installed. I know that there is a GTR core that apexi makes that you have to cut the frame, but I wanted to get more pics than i already have.
the reason for me trying to put the intercooler in the front is because i want to keep the koyo radiator in the same location as the stock.
Any info on this would be greatly appreciated.

The ETS kit back in the day was a FMIC that kept the radiator in the stock location. I never cared for the design as I dont think it optimizes the little bit of airflow that is left once it passes through the intercooler.

I am buying the apexi intercooler and I was going to make it work in the front of the car. Leave the rad in the stock location and make a scoop on the bottom of the car under the IC to draw air in from the front of the car the out of a vented hood. I just didnt know if anyone has placed an Apexi IC in the front of the car.
