im the process of putting my car back together, and i have two wiring issues:

1: centre console. the blue plug?



original steering wheel, on the blue main plug coming from the steering rack , theres two connectors hooking up to it. one is the horn i guess, that is hooked up. then, i have two loose wires that doesnt have a plug? and i have a rubberband thing with a circle-connector at the end of it? HALP MEH!! :

 

The blue plug is probably for a fog light switch or something you don't have. Don't worry there.

The blue/orange steering wheel connectors are for the airbag. The weird elastic thing goes to the airbag, loops around a post on it, don't know why. The two pulled out connectors go to the cruise control switch and I believe are supposed to go into the clock spring, not sure why those are yanked out.
