I got into a little debt trouble since the last meet I went to... Got a job job now, so getting things back in order. However my turbo coolant hose is busted now
I'll definitely hit up one of the upcomming ones when I get my car back in good health!

Based on this thread, I'm guessing that he doesn't come to meets because his car is broken.
I live in an apartment. I have done many things to the car in my carport -- several turbo swaps, radiator swap, many exhaust swaps, lots of suspension/tire/brake stuff. But there is no reasonable way I could do a rebuild there (no place to store engine hoist, or perform the rebuild -- but I did have a transmission in my apartment for a while
).
Some apartments/condos/townhouses have garages -- maybe find one of those to move into. Or rent a house. Or get a friend with a garage and maybe pay a little garage rent to be able to work there.

You ought to come out and help me work on my car
i havent had to do any motor work since i moved into my apt. but they have ity bity garages that you can rent. I would pull my motor out outside, hope they dont kick me out then, and then put it in the garage to do the work. otherwise i see no way to do it. They say i cant work on my car at all in these apt. **** that, they'll see what that means to me = D

Find a relative/friend/someone with a garage and engine crane. Remember that if it's on a flat area, you can roll the car out of the garage while you work on the engine, and maybe transport the block to another location, too.
Don't do it in the complex unless there is some special situation that allows auto work. Most places can't allow any vehicles that aren't able to be moved (driven).

I rebuilt one of my engines when I lived in an apartment (have since bought a house). Fortunately, I had access to garage space (two of them in fact). Theres a few pictures on this thread: https://www.rx7club.com/showthread.p...hlight=rebuild
It would be possible to do it without a garage, but not very easy or comfortable (plus, the complex administration usually frowns on that kind of thing).
