It’s the cruise actuator. Not sure on value. If the car didn’t come with cruise control you also need a cruise module and buttons to have it function.

Ok Thanks wondered why cruise control was not working anyone have instructions on how to reinstall

Edit on my earlier post…if the car wasn’t previously equipped you’d also need the master switch (button) on the dash.

If it’s just a matter of reinstalling the actuator it’s pretty intuitive. You’ll need 3 of the standard 10mm bolts to mount it just behind the left shock tower, reconnect the cable to the throttle-body and plug it in.

Alright my car was a 1994 touring so it does have all the buttons and switches

How do you connect cable to the throtle got it mounted back in ( nvm I got it)
